The Marina is the heart of the resort; guests often meet other guests here and become life-long friends. Social hour is every hour as guests wait for boats to return with their catches and colorful fish stories. Located on a deep-water channel with protected dockage, our marina features a gentle-slope boat ramp for easy boat launching. Guests spend hours enjoying the marina activities under shaded Tiki huts, lounges and comfortable chairs.

Boat dockage is available for boats up to 39ft with outboard motors. There is a modest fee of $3.50 per foot per night plus tax which includes access to the boat ramp, trailer parking, assigned boat slip, dock carts, fish cleaning station, fresh water, ice, and electric. Dockage is only available for registered guest of the resort.

  1. Be aware of potential swimmers, paddle borders and kayakers in and around the channel. Remember they always have the right away.
  2. Approach the channel at a minimum of 1 mile off shore. Do not approach the channel on an angle.
  3. The water is shallow approximately 100 feet past last two channel markers. Options for arriving and departing from the channel:
Option 1: When approaching channel keep boat on a full plane until you are within 100 feet or less of the two channel markers. When departing put boat on full plane at the beginning of the channel. The boat should stay on plane until a mile off shore. Do not approach or depart channel at an angle, go straight out until 1 mile before turning left or right. Option 2: When approaching or departing channel tilt motors up as much as possible. Idol in and out of channel for a full 1 mile before planning off. Do not approach or depart channel at an angle, go straight out until 1 mile before turning left or right. These instructions are most relevant at medium or lower tide scenarios.
