Our cancellation policy is:
Deposit & Payments: A 50% deposit of the total reservation value is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellation & Early Departure: Because of our limited size, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will result in a $250 cancel penalty. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. All deposits are non-transferable to alternate dates; however, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Holiday and special event reservations are non-cancellable. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your intended stay. If you cancel your reservation, be sure to note your cancellation number for your records. TO MAINTAIN A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25. PLEASE NOTE: FOR THE SAFETY AND PRIVACY OF OUR GUESTS, NO JET SKIS, ROLL WAY BEDS OR PETS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures are based on availability. Additional fees may apply. You are welcome to contact our Front Office 24 hours prior to your arrival to confirm if an earlier Check-In is possible.
